Digital & Data Service Manager - London

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the dynamic and vibrant environment of Digital and Data.

This for our client who are a leading public research university. This will be on a long term contract and based working out of London, once or twice a week onsite.

Key requirements/Job Description:

  • Lead contact for digital with the contract team and will be responsible for ensuring data is appropriately shared with the client using MS Excel, CSV, API, Power BI and web services approaches.
  • Responsibility for all aspects of the development, delivery and (contract) management of the outsourced Tribal Maytas student management system and its integration with the systems as required.
  • Responsible for the development and management of software and platforms required to efficiently manage programmes at scale including customer contact systems, evaluation platforms and data dashboards, in accordance with contractual requirements. Ensure that websites are updated, in line with accessibility requirements.
  • Ensure the Tribal Maytas databases are appropriately configured, checking data accuracy, conducting routine monitoring, establishing the report protocols, agreeing criteria for withdrawal/deferral and resolving data queries.
  • Working with Consultants and the IOE Enterprise Team to lead aspects of programme management ensuring strict adherence to the relevant client financial procedures.
