Job Title:Senior L&D Consultant
Location: Rainham, Kent
Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH per week.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
  
JGA are partnering with a leading financial services firm, seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior L&D Consultant to lead the redesign of our client's management development programs and oversee their training strategy for their Managers and Senior Leaders.
  
Position Overview: The Senior L&D Consultant will redesign the management development framework and manage the training strategy to align with business training gaps and performance objectives. This role requires extensive L&D experience within financial or professional services and a proven track record of creating and implementing programs for managers and senior leaders.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Redesign management development programs to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to address learning needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Design and implement innovative training programs for managers and senior leaders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, using data for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
  • Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals.
Key Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of L&D experience in financial or professional services.
  • Proven experience in L&D for managers and senior leadership.
  • Experience linking L&D with succession and workforce Planning.
  • Strong strategic planning and alignment skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Expertise in using data to measure and improve L&D programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
