Senior Land Manager - Solar, Onshore Wind, and Battery Storage

Glasgow office with hybrid working

Salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience

One of the most reputable investment firms within the renewable energy space is looking to build out their in-house development arm. With over a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector and a growing project pipeline, it is an exciting time for their team based in Scotland.

Their current pipeline of renewable energy technology sits at over 6GW - being backed by their own investment fund further adds to the stability of this outfit. They have in-house capabilities across land, development, project management, planning, and engineering - all coming together to create a strong collaborative team environment.

Your role as a senior land manager would surround: sourcing & identifying suitable land for development, taking land through the acquisition negotiations, and curating strong landowner partnerships.

Progression-wise, the planned growth of the land team, means that in the future, this position will have a leading role in the land division of our client. This role would be great for someone within the space who has prior leadership experience and is keen on leading junior members of the team.

You would be joining up with some of the most experienced professionals within the sector and would have the opportunity to work on nationally significant renewable energy projects at the forefront of the renewable energy transition!
