Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and registering new applicants
  • Organising & carrying out viewings
  • Maintain regular contact with applicants and note all correspondence and communications in the database
  • Provide accurate rent valuation to landlords
  • Achieve all daily and weekly targets
  • Negotiate where instructed any offers received
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitors
  • Train new team members
  • Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and maximise them

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full and clean driving licence
  • Minimum three years as letting negotiator
  • Team leader experience preferred
  • Arla level 3 or 4 qualification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Rightmove Plus and Microsoft Office
