My client, a well-established independant, is on the hunt for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to come in and hit the ground running.

Person Profile:

  • Register applicants who have enquired from websites.
  • Show Properties to potential tenants/buyers.
  • Provide a high-quality personal and professional service.
  • Ensure that all office systems are kept correctly and up to date, including records, files, personal and office diaries, viewing records, property details, applicant information, and computer systems and records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential lettings
  • Driving License Required
  • Some Residential Sales experience would be helpful!

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic, £50,000-£60,000 OTE + Pool Car

Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00 am-6.00 pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00 am-2.00 pm. Day-in-lieu provided for Saturday worked.
