Senior Lettings Negotiator

£25,000  OTE £35,000 + Parking Permit + Car Allowance 
 
A career-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator is required for Hunters’ prestigious property specialist offering top-tier training and certification support with a clear career path and positive environment.
 
5 day week, 8.30-6 (M-F), every other Sat (9-5)
 
Senior Lettings Negotiator – job
  • Generate and book valuations
  • Occasional market appraisal/valuation
  • Conducting cs, negotiate tenancies
 
Senior Lettings Negotiator– person
  • Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
