Responsibilities:

• Actively manage a portfolio of rental properties, including conducting viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, and liaising with landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and best practices within the property industry.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements:

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within the property industry.

Proactive approach with a strong drive to succeed.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Full driving license and access to own vehicle essential.
