4Leisure are currently recruiting a Senior Lifeguard/ Duty Manager to work at a Leisure facility in the Dorking area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lifeguard, who is looking to gain management experience. 
For this role, you will be managing a small team of lifeguards at an outdoor pool and ensuring the safety of members. The placement is running from mid August until the end of September. 

This is a full time role and accommodation can also be provide on site.

An NPLQ is required for this position. 

Your main duties for this role include: 
  • Managing a small team of lifeguards
  • completing the rota 
  • Pool testing 
  • Taking payments from customers 
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
This role is paying between £15-16.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday) and is paid weekly.
