About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team at our Alcester-based headquarters. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to take a leading role in the financial management and strategic planning of a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior stakeholders

• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing actionable insights

• Support with year-end reporting, audit processes, and statutory accounts

• Collaborate with department heads to improve financial understanding and cost control

• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulations

• Mentor and support junior members of the finance team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar senior accounting or finance role

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
