This role will have oversight and management across a number of core operational areas in the business, therefore a broad operational background and understanding is key.   

As this is a senior management role our client is ideally looking for someone with extensive experience of team management and development and as well as a keen eye on new technology implementation and roll out.  You will also be instrumental to take control of the strategic direction of these key areas of the business and provide and guidance and support to the current sub team managers and associates on often complex business ideas/issues.
