Join an industry leader on a mission to revolutionise healthcare! Our client, a global pharmaceutical powerhouse with an exhilarating growth strategy, is seeking a dynamic Senior Market Access & HEOR Manager to elevate their team.

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of commercialising breakthrough oncology treatments, using your expertise to secure market access, spearhead HTA submissions, and ensure reimbursement. Your work will be vital in showcasing the therapy area's value to stakeholders and driving access to innovative treatments for patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and implement cutting-edge market access strategies for oncology products, focusing on pricing, reimbursement, and access initiatives.
  • Lead Health Economics Research: Conduct comprehensive health economic evaluations and outcomes research to highlight the therapy area's value proposition.
  • Manage HTA Submissions: Navigate the complex landscape of HTA submissions to secure optimal market access.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work seamlessly with various departments to align Market Access and HEOR strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Engage and Influence: Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including payers, HTA agencies, and key opinion leaders, to advocate for patient access to life-changing treatments.

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: Significant experience in Market Access, HEOR, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Oncology Knowledge: Proven expertise in oncology HTA submissions and market access, with a deep understanding of relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and adeptness in health economic modeling and outcomes research methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated success in engaging and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Educational Background: Postgraduate level education in health economics or equivalent.
