Due to the current Engineering Manager stepping down, my client is looking for someone to develop to inherit their team. This company operate globally and are a leading supplier to several markets including Agricultural, Automotive and Construction.

This is a key role for the company's engineering division and will see you working alongside various different departments. The position will be varied so the successful candidate will need to be open to receiving training on various different aspects of the role. You will be involved with projects across the whole manufacturing process - think NPD, production processes, quality etc.

The Role:
* Working across the whole manufacturing process
* Step up to Engineering Manager within 12 months
* Regularly working with different departments

The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar position
* Experience in an assembly, engineering or manufacturing environment
* Commutable to Birmingham
