Salary: 35k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing campaigns, create materials, and coordinate with the sales team.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting tactics to meet goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities to boost brand visibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct market research to guide marketing strategies.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Produce marketing collateral and manage social media programs.
• Maintain and optimize the company website for search, and manage PPC campaigns.
• Use CRM tools to improve customer engagement.
• Ensure consistent use of brand assets and maintain strong media relationships.

Requirements:

• Marketing qualification or 3+ years of experience in similar B2B roles.
• Knowledge of marketing planning and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and CMS systems.
• Experience with B2B social media channels.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently write high-quality copy in English.
• Strong understanding of market research and marketing analytics.
