This is a great role for someone who has been working for 18 months and is looking for their next more. Or someone with Agency experience looking to get into a client marketing role.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Listens to the requirements of their designated regional marketing executives and communicates them to the appropriate people inside the central marketing team

Learns about the regional priorities, understands the individual school activities to suggest more personalized solutions

Collaborates on yearly marketing calendars, ensuring they are implemented on time and on brief

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE:

• Remain in close communication with regional marketing executives to comprehend their needs and specifications
• Listen to suggestions and wishes of the marketing executives and communicates them to the appropriate people inside the central marketing team
• Facilitates the flow of information from the central marketing team to the regional marketing executives, ensuring key initiatives or challenges are addressed
• Learns about the regional priorities and individual school requirements to provide personalized solutions
• Collaborates with cross functional marketing teams to ensure they create design and campaigns according to the standards discussed with the marketing executives
• Ensures quality of briefs and campaigns for their regions, by proactively checking information
• Manages their regional marketing plans, initiates briefing of campaigns to hit the planned deadlines
• Tracks their regional budgets and deadlines and endeavours to deliver projects on-time and on-budget
• Undertakes administrative work and keeps record of projects in Wrike, ensuring all tasks are kept up to date, proactively chasing overdue tasks

THE IDEAL SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE WILL HAVE:

• Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position
• Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
• A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
