As a direct result of continued growth, we are now on the lookout for a talented Marketing Executive who’s ready to make the jump into a Senior Marketing Executive role - someone creative, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to take real ownership of their region.

You'll work closely with the Regional Sales team and the Group Head of Marketing, leading the charge on marketing activity across the Central region. From digital campaigns and email marketing to social media and marketing collateral - you’ll help shape how they are seen and how they connect with their audience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading local marketing efforts, making sure listings and developments shine online
• Managing email/SMS campaigns (Mailchimp/HTML-based), social media, and content creation
• Producing and refreshing brochures, photography, video assets, and estate agent materials
• Collaborating with sales teams and helping elevate brand presence across the region

You will be a self-starter with previous marketing experience (property experience a plus but not essential). You will be confident with platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, and social content tools, possess strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content. You’re a natural when it comes to building relationships and enjoy collaborating with different teams, and be willing to travel as needed (car allowance included).
