Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a M&E Building Services contractor in Devizes with the recruitment of a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

Your New Role

You will be working in a strategic role developing the businesses mechanical contracting division, aligned with your equivalent electrical colleagues you will take advantage of and develop existing client's project manager's staff and subcontract supply chain for the betterment of the department.

You will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, conduct regular site inspections ensuring the quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes as well as manage and support the site teams.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have a proven track record of delivering mechanical projects, be commercially astute with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders internally and externally as well as strong team management experience.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with the salary between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + bonus on a permanent contract.
