What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven Expertise: CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and a strong track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker.
• Communication Master: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

• Financial Guarantees of up to £500 per month for 6 months to build your pipeline.

• OTE (On-Target Earnings): £45,000 - £70,000 in year 1!
