Job Title: Senior Mortgage Collections Agent

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary:  £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Overview: We need experienced professionals to manage the full mortgage collections process, from early arrears to litigation. You must have extensive experience in mortgage collections and understand this role thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end mortgage arrears, ensuring compliance and fair outcomes.
• Identify root causes of arrears and barriers to repayment.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Manage complex cases and support vulnerable customers.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage arrears support.
• 2 years in complex financial support and vulnerability assistance.
• Specialist knowledge of regulatory requirements and residential lending processes.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Previous coaching experience is preferred.
