Description
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for leading network operations, resolving complex incidents, is functioning as an architect for network projects, and is optimizing performance. They develop automation solutions, maintain documentation, and provide advanced support for data centers and site integrations.
Advanced Incident Resolution: Lead the resolution of complex network incidents during business hours and on-call, addressing issues that impact customer or backbone access and global performance.
Network Projects & Onboarding: Manage and implement advanced network onboarding projects as part of Business-As-Usual operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Automation Development: Lead the development of automation solutions to enhance network operations efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall network performance.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructures and experience troubleshooting complex network issues, knowledge of SDN, SDWAN and SASE.
Deep proficiency with Cisco technologies (Routing, WIFI, Switching, Nexus/ACI), Zscaler, Tufin, and Brocade
Deep proficiency with Cisco Firewpower and Checkpoint firewalls
Skilled in designing, implementing, and automating network operations and reporting
MUST HAVES:
