You’ll support and enhance network infrastructure, both on-site and in the cloud (AWS & Azure). What You’ll Do

  • Network Maintenance & Support-Ensure smooth operation of both on-site and cloud network services.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, with additional compensation for your expertise.
  • Technical Upgrades-Lead enhancements to cloud services and on-site network technology.
  •  Work closely with the IT Services team to swiftly resolve service-affecting incidents.
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven skills in network infrastructure, particularly with Cisco hardware, wireless LANs, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, EIGRP, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
  • Background in delivering network upgrades and working in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence in engaging with end-users at all levels across the organisation.
