Make a Difference in Neuro Rehab: Band 5+6 Nurse Opportunity (Streatham)

On behalf of a leading private rehabilitation centre in Streatham, we're seeking a passionate Band 5+6 Neuro Rehab Nurse to join their dedicated team!

Are you a highly-skilled nurse with a passion for helping people with neurological conditions recover and regain independence?

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll work alongside other specialists to deliver exceptional care and implement innovative rehabilitation strategies for patients with complex needs.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Delivering personalised and holistic nursing care to neurorehabilitation patients.
  • Collaborating with therapists, doctors, and social workers within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, monitoring patient progress, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of patient-centred rehabilitation plans.
  • Acting as a role model and mentor to junior nurses (Band 6 only).

We're looking for someone who:
  • Is a registered NMC nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a neuro-rehabilitation setting (Band 5) or a proven track record and leadership skills (Band 6).
  • Has a strong passion for neurological rehabilitation and a commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a strong team player.
