Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the sales process for new homes, from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers, guiding them through the home buying journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and handle all sales-related paperwork.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to progress within a leading company.
  • Knowledge of the Haringey area and local property market is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000.
