Senior Occupational Therapist (Band 7) *£3000 Golden Hello Bonus (T&Cs Apply)*

Full time permanent role

Salary: £46,148 - £47,073 per annum DOE

Located in Hitchin

We are recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist for our private client's specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Hitchin on a permanent basis.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic setting as part of a dedicated MDT supporting individuals with a range of neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of therapy assistants and activity coordinators.
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred treatment plans.
  • Develop and facilitate group therapy programmes.
  • Contribute to service development and MDT working.
  • Build expertise in equipment provision and complex seating.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, registered with HCPC
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar setting (including placements) desirable
  • Commitment to CPD and supervision
