Our client is looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to join their growing team, if you are to progress and grow this is the company for you.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Operations Coordinator

  • Work alongside Job logic; ensure its up to date for engineers, correct information is on it
  • Manage migration of job management system
  • Input information, assign labour, verifying cost calculations
  • Support the tender process for new projects
  • Liaise with external fleet management
  • Supervise new contacts
  • General HR Administration

Experience and qualifications for the Senior Operations Coordinator:

  • Experienced with Job management systems like Joblogic, CAFM
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Vast knowledge of maths
  • Understanding of health and safety
  • Good leadership skills
