The Senior Operations Manager will effectively direct and lead all aspects of the site manufacturing operations at an established manufacturing firm located in Cwmbran. The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage operations, driving year on year operational improvements.

• Manage and oversee operations in the engineering and manufacturing departments
