Established performance marketing agency based in Leeds is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their team! (Hybrid working).
This role is also open to Paid Media Manager level too - so if you're looking for your next step-up, then please get in touch!

You will need previous agency experience working in a paid search environment, managing large-scale, complex, results-driven projects with significant budgets.

Experience in managing a team is also essential. You will be responsible for helping to train, develop and mentor current & new staff.

You will have responsibility for planning, monitoring and delivery of paid media activity for the agency's key clients. This role will encompass paid search, paid social and display activity.

You will mainly focus on clients from a strategic level - looking for ways to drive performance and growth.

Other duties will include:
* Defining client roadmaps.
* Daily checks on client accounts.
* Monthly debrief with senior members of the paid team.
* Optimising campaigns to agreed budgets & targets.
* Liaising with 3rd party suppliers.
* Define & implement display campaign strategies.
* Creation of reports for clients and internal departments.
* Planning & forecasting.

* MS Office.
* Google Analytics and bid management tools.
* Google Ads.
* Microsoft advertising.
* Search Ads 360.
* Campaign Manager 360.
* Display & Video 360.
