The Job

• Planning, creating, and activating paid social media campaigns across all major platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

• Implementing full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion, aligned with campaign goals and KPIs.

• Continuously optimising campaigns to enhance performance, ROI, and client satisfaction.

• Presenting campaign performance insights to clients and offering strategic recommendations based on trends and learnings.

• Conducting deep campaign analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to deliver actionable insights.

• Managing technical elements such as account setups, pixel implementation, and audience targeting using Meta Business Manager.

• Contributing to creative strategies and writing compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.

You

• Have at least two years' experience in paid social media advertising.

• Possess strong technical expertise, particularly within Meta Business Manager, with a broad understanding of additional paid social platforms.

• Are confident in using analytics and reporting tools to optimise campaign performance.

• Have a keen interest in creative strategy and can craft effective, persuasive ad copy.

• Are an inquisitive, motivated problem-solver looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, agency environment.
