• A Paraplanner with 3 years of paraplanning experience
• Minimum Level 4 qualification (Chartered status or aspirations towards it preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of cashflow systems (beneficial but not essential)
