We are supporting our long-term client in their search for a Senior Payments Administrator for their Family Office, based in Dubai.

In this role, you will have proven experience in posting high-volume global payments on multi-jurisdiction bank platforms, as well as the ability to navigate banking platforms in both multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction scenarios.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing all financial administration for payments and suppliers, being fully aware of the differences between transaction types (SWIFT/SEPA/CHAPS, etc.)
  • Ensuring all suppliers’ information is accurate and up-to-date, including bank details
  • Carry out bank and supplier reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and having confidence in doing this
  • Accurately record all payments in the Family Office’s internal payments platform and producing statistical Management Information
  • Ad hoc finance & banking administration tasks as and when required

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a Family Office
  • Excellent knowledge and proven experience using banking websites apps
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
  • Excellent attention to details, particularly with reference to high volume payments
  • Experience and knowledge of working with foreign exchange
