The Advocate Group is working with an innovative and dynamic brand very much at the heart of the confectionary industry! We're supporting them with hiring their newest Senior Payroll Specialist to join a fab team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on complex payroll functions within the HR team – temp, weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
  • Run high volume payroll (7000 headcount +) across the UK
  • Analyse and confirm payroll ahead of committed deadlines
  • Manage queries and requests etc. relating to payroll etc
  • Manage pensions, HMRC obligations, 3rd Party relations, sick pay etc.
  • Mange the internal portal and all associated requirements

About You:

  • You must have experience with complex payrolls - temp, weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
  • Must have experience with high volume payrolls (multi-thousand headcounts)
  • Must have extensive experience with SAP
  • Experience in out or external agency is acceptable
  • Ideally you will have experience within a food/ consumer product brand but not essential
