Position: Senior Pensions Analyst

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Chichester/ Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Futures Recruitment is seeking a confident and seasoned Senior Pensions Analyst to join a leading player in the employee benefit and pension market, based in Chichester. As part of their strategic expansion, they are on the lookout for a highly skilled professional to join their team on a full-time basis and take charge of ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in leading process improvement, ensuring top-notch quality control, and maintaining company standards. Responsibilities:

- Take charge of managing client relationships and budgets, while peer-reviewing complex tasks

- Lead process improvement initiatives for clients and maintain quality control over calculations

- Collaborate closely with the Administration Service Manager to drive process enhancement and efficiently manage errors and complaints

- Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, regulators, and Trustee boards

Experience and Skills :

- Extensive experience within the pensions administration field

- Proven track record in process improvement and a profound understanding of complex administration tasks and calculations

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities

- A team player with outstanding coaching skills
