Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a globally renowned and esteemed consultancy business that are widely considered the best in their field. Based in central London, their people analytics function are looking to hire a Senior People Analyst on a 12 month basis to cover for a maternity leave. The role has an international scope and you'll be joining a team responsible for solving complex problems and ensuring effective people related decisions through productive data management, MI collection, reporting and analytics. Duties will include:

  • Partnering with in-house and consulting team to source, manage and analyse their data
  • Presenting insights through analytics to various stakeholder at all levels
  • Streamlining processes and ensuring effective data collection and security
  • Project delivery
  • Supporting with employee compensation processes
  • Development, implementation and adoption of AI and reporting tools
  • Utilisation of visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to present data insights
  • Contribute to the annual people survey
  • Collaborate and provide guidance to other team members

To be considered for this role you must be available on short notice and be happy with a year long contract. Experience within a HR/People Analytics role for at least 3 years is a must. You should be highly effective at working with data with an eye for detail, an investigate nature and a knack for problem solving and identifying trends. You should be solutions orientation, have the ability to manage projects and work in an internation and matrix environment. Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills are a must. The role is offering a competitive base and bonus and offers hybrid working (2-3 days office).
