Our client has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior People Partner (only candidates with engineering experience will be considered) with responsibility for partnering with business leaders to develop capability, unlock potential and drive organizational effectiveness and high performance to enable the achievement of strategic priorities.

The role is broad and you have the opportunity to will be to manage and implement a range of HR projects within your client group. Candidates from a talent development or OD background will be considered alongside those with a generalist HR background. A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable.
