Our client, a leader in their sector are now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and growing marketing cohort.

The Impact you’ll make

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and steer the overall marketing direction for the Cloud, Cyber, and IT business unit.
  • Campaign Excellence: Develop and implement detailed marketing plans to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Collaborative Success: Work seamlessly with Sales, Account Management, and SDR teams to drive new business and optimize existing opportunities.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure the brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints.
  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor a dedicated marketing manager, fostering growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute marketing plans.
  • Manage and optimizse ongoing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain the CRM system.
  • Align with sales and account teams to meet group-wide targets.
  • Contribute to the overall group marketing strategy.
  • Facilitate collaboration between product teams and marketing.

Your Background

  • Extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally in an IT or technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics.
  • Leadership and mentoring expertise.
  • An autonomous working style.
  • Experience collaborating with top-tier vendors.
