Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

The Role:

• Responsible for setting the strategic Paid Search direction
• Responsible for driving measurable growth and performance against key performance marketing metrics.
• Responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic roadmaps and testing initiatives.
• Responsible for managing the company's media agency partner.
• Responsible for working with the wider marketing team, driving best practices and knowledge sharing.

The Candidate:

• 7 years plus experience in Performance Marketing, ideally from a Paid Search background.
• Experienced in growing paid media accounts and business revenue.
• Experienced in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
