The Role:
As the Personal Injury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the Personal Injury department. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing leadership and direction to a team of dedicated personal injury professionals.
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients, maximising case outcomes.
* Monitoring and analysing departmental performance metrics and implementing necessary improvements.
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of personal injury legislation, ensuring compliance at all levels.
* Liaising with other department managers and senior leadership to drive the overall success of the firm.
* Managing a small caseload of complex personal injury files as required.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record in personal injury law with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
* Adaptable to the evolving landscape of personal injury law.
* Law degree or equivalent qualification.
