This esteemed legal practice are seeking a dedicated Lawyer to join their remarkable planning team based in their London office.

The Team

  • Operating across various development sectors, the team is renowned for its extensive knowledge, broad expertise, and commitment to delivering practical, commercially sound advice throughout the planning process.
  • From project inception to completion, they prioritize achieving the best outcomes for esteemed clients.

The Role

  • The preferred candidate should have a diverse skill set encompassing various areas, such as negotiating Section 106 agreements, managing highways and other statutory agreements, offering legal guidance on planning laws, conducting due diligence for property and corporate transactions, and participating in contentious planning matters.
  • This could entail representing clients in Planning Inquiries, hearings, Court challenges, and Judicial Reviews.
  • The team offers a supportive and flexible work environment, with diverse opportunities available across various development sectors.

About You

  • Ideally, candidates will have 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to contribute to the continued expansion of the nationwide practice.
  • Experience with significant regeneration projects would be especially beneficial.
