Role Overview: As a Senior Practitioner at Sirona Medical, you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced clinical expertise and leadership within your specialty. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care and leadership in your area of specialization.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Mentor and support junior practitioners and other healthcare staff.
  • Participate in clinical audits, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant professional qualification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy).
  • Current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in your area of specialization.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
