Senior Private PA - Kensington (WFH when family travels)

A wonderful role has arisen for a polished, degree standard Private PA to join this lovely European Family in Kensington. Working within the Household (PA experience in the household is needed 5 years+ Essential) covering all aspects of a Private PA role. Well spoken and polished with high standards is expected with great attention to detail and top forward planning skills

There is a Household Manager in place who carries out the hiring and rotas of the Household Staff (12) your role is to deal with the admin side of the hire.

Juggling a very busy and interesting schedule every day. The Family own 4 international residences also in Europe and there is travel 3 - 4 times a year assisting with various things (not long periods)

Extensive and detailed travel and itineraries is required (Family travel 4 months of the year) and checking all is ready in the residence before arrival. You can work from home when the family travel

Detailed private diary management for the family and liaising with the Executive Assistant on logistics.

Assisting two grown children of the family with private matters such as driving lessons, travel and educational matters. Lots of events, dinners and family events to organise and assisting with wardrobe for the female principal who loves fashion!

The house is newly renovated (15,000 sq ft) so there is snagging and extra items to attend to also.

This is a fabulous role for a fabulous family for a cultured and detail driven Private PA who want to commit for the long term. A bright and positive personality is needed and able/used to working in total confidentiality. This role ticks every box!
