What role will you play?

In this role, you will be applying your open-mindedness and agility to work with our business groups to look for ways to continuously streamline, visualize and improve their workflow.

Your human-centred design focus and enthusiasm for interacting with our stakeholders to solve problems small and large will be a key of success. This includes conducting workshops to define user needs, creating and testing prototypes, and developing detailed wireframes, user journey maps, personas, and high-fidelity visual designs. Crafting user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust.

Your expertise in interaction design will ensure that our products are not only beautiful but also highly usable and accessible.

Your knowledge of design systems will be crucial in creating a unified user experience and streamlining the design process. While being able to guide and inspire business stakeholders you will also be setting a high standard for design excellence.

What you offer

  • A strong track record in UX/UI design, evidenced by a comprehensive portfolio that showcases a range of projects and solutions.
  • Mastery of design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and an understanding of the technical constraints and possibilities of web and mobile development.
  • An ability to think strategically and act with initiative, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centred design principles to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in leading design teams and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
