Very exciting role here with a growing FinTech that are working in a really unique space. This role offers the chance to help build their payments framework from the ground up, whilst working on wider marketing and commercial insight.

THE COMPANY

This company is an exciting FinTech that are forging a new path in the finance industry. They have a small and focused team and are looking for an experienced candidate to help them on their journey. The business are expanding globally and this role offers the chance to help with this whilst making your own stamp on the building.

THE ROLE

• Define and develop payments strategy across the business, enhancing transactions and profitability
• Collaborate with teams across the business including engineering, analytics and marketing to integrate payment and product facilities
• Measure payment success, reporting this to senior leaders within the business
• Monitoring industry trends and regulatory advancements to keep the business at the forefront of the market
• Monitor the design of front and back-end payment infrastructures to ensure a user-friendly process

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A background in product strategy and wider management is essential
• Essential to have experience working with payments
• Ideal to have had exposure to a FinTech or startup environment
• Wider commercial acumen and close stakeholder experience is essential
