The Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager – eCommerce & Trading to elevate our customer journey from product discovery all the way through to checkout. You'll be responsible for leading our digital trading product team — enhancing the end-to-end funnel across web and app, and driving performance through campaigns and conversion initiatives.

Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and commercial, this role is all about measurable impact. You'll shape the roadmap, lead cross-functional collaboration, and use data, experimentation, and insight to optimise performance and delight customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and optimise the core shopping journey — from PDP to basket to checkout — ensuring a seamless, high-performing customer experience

• Drive digital trading execution across our squads, aligning with commercial, merchandising, and marketing teams

• Shape and own the eCommerce product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic priorities with rapid iteration

• Use funnel analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvement

• Set and track key performance metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and campaign ROI

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to bring ideas to life, fast

• Foster a high-performance, data-led product culture that prioritises customer outcomes and business value

• Act with autonomy and purpose in a hybrid, fast-paced environment

The Person

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within eCommerce or a performance marketing environment

• Proven track record of driving improvements in digital KPIs like conversion, AOV, and engagement

• Strong data fluency — confident in experimentation, insight analysis, and data-informed decision-making

• Deep understanding of digital retail, trading, and campaign optimisation

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable working in agile product teams and with remote stakeholders

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or quantitative field (preferred)
