As the company scales, it is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team and drive the development and execution of its product strategy in the payments sector.

Position Overview: The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's payments solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the payments landscape, a data-driven mindset, and exceptional leadership skills. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision:

    • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
    • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Product Development and Execution:

    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.
    • Oversee the creation of product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related matters, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to continuously improve the product.
  • Market and Data Analysis:

    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights and validate product concepts.
    • Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and Mentorship:

    • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and delivers impactful products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products.
  • Strong understanding of payments trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
