The Role

Are you a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager with a vision to revolutionize the software development landscape? We're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our flagship product, Developer Analytics, and empower organizations to achieve peak performance. In this influential role, you'll define the product strategy, conduct market research, translate user insights into actionable features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You'll leverage data to make informed decisions and ensure successful launches that redefine the future of software development performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive the product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Take ownership of defining, planning, and communicating new product features, roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics. Conduct thorough market, competition, and user requirement analysis to identify opportunities and build compelling business cases for new features.
  • Deeply understand users through empathy and research, translating insights into actionable product enhancements as part of the requirement collection process.
  • Identify and analyse problems to uncover root causes, developing innovative solutions that drive product and feature success, increase revenue, shorten sales cycles, and reduce manual tasks for client-facing teams.
  • Maintain a focus on outcomes and goals, managing key metrics such as usage, retention, and profitability.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior management, customer-facing teams, engineering, and UX teams, negotiating priorities, and providing clear direction.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive feature launches and enhance their impact on company revenue.
  • Utilize data to gather insights, weigh options and metrics, consider risks, and make informed product decisions that lead to success.
  • Adapt to new technologies, market shifts, and emerging trends, adjusting product strategies and plans to stay ahead.

What we need to see (Essential):

  • 5+ years of experience in scaling SaaS with a proven track record of leading end-to-end product delivery (all feature sizes) across teams and stakeholders.
  • Background in software development or a related field (CS, Data Science, Math) with a strong understanding of best practices (SDLC) and user needs.
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to build prioritization frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Experience across the entire Product Development Lifecycle (scoping, requirements, backlog, estimation, execution, tracking, documentation).
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and launch new products.
  • Skilled in setting and applying KPIs and metrics to measure success and drive results.

What we would like to see (Bonus):

  • Experience working with large complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
  • Experience leading software engineering or product teams (a plus).
  • Strong technical understanding of product analytics tools (e.g., JIRA) and design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Passionate about user-cantered design, with experience providing input on user research and ensuring a user experience that meets customer expectations.
