Our client, a leading insurance firm, is seeking a seasoned technical expert with extensive experience in managing a portfolio of Financial Lines and Financial Institutions losses.

The current team is cross-classed, managing a diverse portfolio of Liability claims across Professional Indemnity, Products, Cyber and Medical Malpractice. You will be a dedicated Senior Profin Claims Adjuster. The account has a small number of large and complex losses in excess of £40M for UK and International markets. You will ensure thorough management of key client mandates, along with maintaining strong client relationships. You will ensure all adjusting activities comply with company procedures, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements in addition to SLAs and KPIs.

To be considered, you will have proven experience in investigating and handling high value Financial Lines/Financial Institutions claims. You will have managed these cases from cradle to grave, adhering to delegated authority instructions and working collaboratively with colleagues, other internal departments and third party stakeholders. It would be advantageous if you have experience of working within a billable hours/time charged role, as such we welcome those from the insurance and legal markets.

In return you'll receive a basic salary up to £75,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package. This is a desktop role, where you can work remotely anywhere within the UK, and attend 6 weekly team meetings in the London office. The current Director is a recent hire, you will be supporting them closely with genuine opportunity to help grow and develop the account.
