Senior Project Manager Contract

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Contract) - Global Consultancy

Location: Chester (3 days/week), Remote (2 days/week)
Rate: £650 - £700 per day (inside of IR35)
Contract Duration: Initial 6 months (likely to extend)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver critical banking projects with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for high-impact banking initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project objectives are met.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and compliance.
• Background in networking projects (Networking technical expertise not required).
• Excellent experience of working with Microsoft 365 projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel to Chester 3 days a week, with 2 days remote work.
• Agile and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
