IT Senior Project Manager

£60 -£65k plus 21% pension plus 35 days holiday a year

We're on the lookout for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a fantastic organisation who are investing heavily in IT and are going through a huge transformation across the whole enterprise.

This person will be project managing a range of end to end IT/Technical Projects mainly in a Waterfall environment and therefore requires someone with a broad range of Project delivery experience eg applications, software, data, Infrastructure etc. who is ideally Prince2 or PMP certified.

Day to day you'll be managing IT Projects ensuring they are delivered to quality, time and within budget and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met and on budget and using industry best practice methodologies to deliver value.

Experience required:

• Full end to end Project Management experience.
• Experience of working managing complex projects with various stakeholders and work streams
• Strong Waterfall Project Management experience
• Scoping and developing project initiation documents and project plans.
• Risk identification, documentation and impact assessment
• Experience of managing project budgets and financial controls
• Senior stakeholder management & engagement
• Confidence & ability to take full ownership of projects

We're looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of working as a Project Manager (in a waterfall environment) with previous experience of working in a structured Prince2 environment coupled with a project management qualification (Prince 2, MSP etc).

The role is offering a salary of £60k - £65k depending upon experience plus 30 days holiday & Christmas shutdown (min of 5 days) + 8 days bank holiday & generous 21% pension and flexibility on working from home as well.
