Senior Project Manager - Rail (Building Assets and Civils)

GTS Transportation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for an exciting contract opportunity in the rail sector. This role focuses on building assets and civil projects, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: Until March 2024
  • Rate: £400 per day
  • Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Central London (Hybrid Working Model)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage rail projects, focusing on building assets and civil engineering.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management within the rail sector.
  • Strong background in building assets and civil engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
