Location: Homebased with occasional travel
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager from a mid-large business enterprises.
The successful candidate must come a HR or Payroll Software provider.
Responsibilities:
- End to end delivery of multiple project and change activities.
- Partnering with Customer Project and Test Manager.
- Developing, agreeing and maintaining project plan.
- Manage and coordinate all project and activity changes.
- Facilitating the provision of software, supporting tools and appropriate resources for each phase of the project.
- Managing the scheduling, preparation and facilitation of the project.
- Managing ongoing change risks.
- Identify and recommend ongoing continuous improvement proposals.
Experience Needed:
- Experience working in the HR & Payroll software solutions industry.
- Manage a pool of resources assigned to project activity.
- Working as part of a matrix structure (without direct line management).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Liaising with C-Suite and Senior C-Suite stakeholders.
