SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We have partnered with a very exciting design/branding marketing agency, based in Leicester, seeking a experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. Ideally seeking a candidate with good knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging, but this is not essential.

You will be able to establish and maintain positive, friendly client relationships, working closely with our production sites to ensure information transfer and job delivery are seamless parts of the customer experience and that all work delivered meets customer expectations. Able to provide up-to-the-minute project status reports to the Account Manager. Accurately record all work activity for the business to bill correctly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and sustain strong client relationships including Category, Brand and Design.
? Influential client facing role, managing own projects end to end.
? Manage client expectations by providing regular project updates.
? Work seamlessly with the client’s team.
? Build trust through pro-activeness and technical support.
? Be approachable at all times with a willingness to listen and solve issues.
? Adopt a 'can do’ attitude at all times.
? Consistently strive to exceed client expectations.
? Be commercially aware at all times.

Own and be responsible for ensuring that all artwork projects are managed professionally.
? Support the Design Team to ensure style guides are accurate at all times.
? Be able to run high-profile projects and brand redesigns.
? Brief artwork
? Host project status meetings with the client and provide minutes and actions when required.
? Host kick-off / Pre-production meetings and provide minutes and actions when required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
? Typically 18-24 months of previous Project Management experience required
? Ability to provide holiday cover for Account Manager when on annual leave
? Ability to mentor & upskill more junior members of the team
? Proven track record of strong decision making & problem solving
? Strong organisational skills along with the ability to multitask.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Ensure good attention to detail.
